I have created a Forex trading record sheet and am offering it for free.
You can access the spreadsheet through Google Sheets.
FX Trade History Management Sheet
Simply make a copy and use it as you like. Once copied, the sheet is saved to your Google Drive, so bookmarking it is convenient.
With this sheet, you can instantly view various data such as:
- Average Profit
- Average Loss
- Risk-Reward Ratio
- Expected Value
- Win Rate
- Cumulative Profit and Loss
- Stop-Loss Settings for the Next Trade
Knowing the win rate, risk-reward ratio, and expected value is crucial for analyzing your trading strategy.
This sheet can record up to 1,000 trades. I suggest creating a new copy every year for continued convenience. (Please note that all calculations are at your own risk.)
How to Use the Trading Record Sheet
Basically, you only need to enter data in the sections where the background color has changed to light yellow.
- Settlement Date
- Currency Pair
- Profit and Loss
- Swap Points
- Stop-Loss Rule
For the stop-loss rule, enter the percentage of drawdown against your margin that you want to set as the stop-loss line.
Entering Data in the “Settings” Sheet
By entering the currency pairs you trade in the “Settings” sheet, they will automatically appear in the currency selection of the trading record sheet.

You can filter the data by month.
Select “B2” to view your monthly performance.
You can also filter by “Buy” or “Sell” trades and even see the performance separately.
Filtering by traded currency is also possible. For example, you can view the results for “USD/JPY only.”
This is highly recommended for those who want to analyze their trading in detail.
A monthly summary is also automatically calculated for you.
